Manwha: Angel Diary

30 May

98484586Angel Diary is one of those “so so” manga you will probably enjoy reading if you like the gender, but that won’t go to your list of favorites. Even so, I recommend you to have a look at it. Keep reading to know more 🙂

Drama: Myung Wol The Spy

28 May

Myung-Wol-the-Spy7Finally I watched a new drama! I’m happy to say this drama has given me back my desire to watch more dramas. It was not that incredible, but I enjoyed it a lot. Great actors, nice characters and an intriguing plot. I hope I’ll be reviewing more dramas from now on 🙂

Manga: From Far Away / Kanata Kara

25 May

coverI think this manga is underrated because everything is really good, but it’s not famous. It was one of the first fantasy manga to really fascinate me! Maybe at first the old fashion drawing was a bit of a turn off, but then I learnt to like it. I want to read more stories like this. Please, please, please read this manga 🙂

Manga: Love Monster

17 May

112555Guess what? Yes! This is about tengus or, well, crow demons. But Love Monster has many flaws, so I don’t really recommend it unless you are up for a stupid female lead and dumb humor all the time… Anyway, I know. I should review a different kind of story, so next time I want to read a school shojo manga. Any suggestions?

Drama: Dream High

14 May

Dream_High

I remember when I was watching this drama with my best friend. We even tried to see it together when I went to London for one month even if we were in different countries at the moment. It didn’t really work, but the thing is, I was pretty hooked. I even watched it a second time, although it wasn’t as exciting as the first time.  Another thing about this drama is that I met Taec Yeon and Woo Young in it and later on I became a 2pm fan (although nowadays I’m not really a kpop fan anymore). Anyway, it’s a very good one and actually it’s kind of famous. There is even a sequel, but I haven’t watch it yet. I’l be surprised if you haven’t heard about Dream High.

Manga: Crescent Moon

12 May

imagesI remember when I first read this manga. It was at the same time I wanted to read stories about tengus (Japanese demons) and I think I’m into it again. I’m even rereading another one about it and I’m waiting for Black Bird to finally be completed online (such a long wait for one of my favorites so far u.u). About this same topic, I’ve already review Arashi no Ceres (aka Ceres: Celestial Lengend).

Anyway, I got the same feeling about Crescent Moon as the first time I read it: it is kind of original for some reason, but the romance is not really there. For the art, well… you better read the whole review. Overall, it has an enjoyable plot line, but I was expecting more of it.

Movie: The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

9 May

firejpg-883c21

This very famous movie was released last November, so I’ve seen it a bit late, which is kinda rare for a fan of the books… sort of. This is the first time I feel the movies are better than the books and that’s saying something. While I think the books are good, they didn’t really hooked me that much, but the movies do a good job at that. I haven’t even finished the last book, which is something that almost never happens to me. I’ll do it, though, someday. Maybe before watching the last movie or movies. Is it going to be split in two parts?
