Manhwa: Do You Want To Try?

30 Jun

sywttDo You Want To Try? is one of those manhwa about gangs I’ve been reading recently and that are so popular among Korean authors. You may forgive me, for I don’t really remember much about this one, so I’ll label it right now as forgettable. But I kind of remember I enjoyed it, though. Weird.

Manga: Her Majesty’s Dog

28 Jun

51ZZ9J2XPFLI think Her Majesty’s Dog is one of those manga you start reading thinking it won’t be that good and then they surprise you in a good way. Even if it’s not the best story out there, it’s still very enjoyable and I quite like it. I do recommend it to you if you are into shojo, fantasy and demons and you don’t want a very complicated story.

Manga: Global Garden

26 Jun

global_garden_01Global Garden is not a typical story. To be honest, I started to read it because Einstein was there. Not that I’m an Einstein fan, but I was really curious about how Einstein would fit in a manga. In general, it’s an enjoyable and meaningful read, but the plot is odd. The author is the same as in the famous Please Save My Earth series, which I haven’t read yet. Do you happen to like Hiwatari Saki’s works?

Manhwa: Cutie Boy

24 Jun

18760lHello, guys! My exams are not over jet, but since I’ve a little bit of time, here it is a new review! ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ve been reading some of Hwang Mi Ri’s works (same author as Crazy Girl Shin Bia), particularly those about school gangs. I’ll review them eventually, but I decided to doย Cutie Boy first because it’s weird. Yeah, that’s my reason ๐Ÿ˜€ And “weird” is a word I’ve overused in this review. What do you thing about Hwang Mi Ri’s works anyway?

Butterfly’s Notice: Exams and… a little help?

10 Jun

Hello, guys!

3062570_1351987949343.99res_480_300Because I have exams until early July, I haven’t had much time (or been in the mood too) to review anything, but don’t worry. I have an already decently long list of things (mostly manga since I’ve been reading them obsessively lately) of pending reviews and I promise to take care of them once exams are out of my way. I may write something before, though. Who knows ๐Ÿ™‚ Sorry for the inconvenience anyway…

I’d also like to take this opportunity to ask you for suggestions, opinions or whatever you want to say about my blog, so I know what I’m doing well and what not, what I’m lacking, etc. ย I know I don’t have much followers (yet, I hope xD) and I don’t think a lot of people will read this, but still I hope at least someone will comment something.

On another note, I wonder if I should “hire” xDย someone to join me to write reviews together… I think it’ll be fun and there will be more variety ๐Ÿ™‚ Anyone wants to join? I’m very open to suggestions and all ๐Ÿ™‚

Anyway,ย have a nice day ๐Ÿ™‚

Manga: Shinshi Doumei Cross / The Gentleman’s Alliance Cross

3 Jun

shinshi-doumei-cross-439481Unlike the mangas I’ve recently reviewed, there is no fantasy in this one for a chance. It doesn’t mean the story is realistic, though. It was a bit hard for me to read it at first because the female protagonist seemed like someone I would get annoyed with, but she surprised me! And so I devoured the whole series pretty quickly. It has its ups and downs, but it’s still enjoyable. Now what do you think? Have you read it?

Manwha: Angel Diary

30 May

98484586Angel Diary is one of those “so so” manga you will probably enjoy reading if you like the gender, but that won’t go to your list of favorites. Even so, I recommend you to have a look at it. Keep reading to know more ๐Ÿ™‚
